What you buy

One digital report for the UK registration you confirm. It includes the VIN and vehicle specifications where available. We show the total before payment. Stripe processes the payment in GBP.

Delivery and access

After payment and confirmation, the site provides a private report link. We also send order confirmation to the email you provide at checkout. Your report link works for 24 hours after fulfilment. Save a copy of any details you need to keep and treat the link as private.

Cancellation and refunds

We ask for your agreement before starting immediate digital delivery and for your acknowledgement that the 14-day cancellation right ends when supply begins. If the VIN cannot be supplied, we refund the full payment to the original payment method. Your statutory rights remain in place.

For cancellation, a missing confirmation, an incorrect result, or any complaint, contact the seller above. Include the Stripe receipt reference or the order reference where available.
